This unit was reserved by an exchange through Interval International. Due to Medical issues, we are unable to travel this year. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a fully furnished balcony. Since I am not the owner of this unit, renter would need to do the all inclusive option (unless renter is also a Royal Resorts owner).
My Interval International reservation shows Unit# H5221 which is second floor overlooking the Pool Bar in Phase 1. Resort might change unit??? Will provide guest certificate.
