Week 52, the week after Christmas is the most popular week of year at the Royal Sands! Villa L5436 is a great location in Building L, with straight on views of the pool and ocean. It doesn't get any better than this. I'm happy to send you pics from the balcony.

Because you're renting from an owner, you ARE NOT required to purchase the All Inclusive. However, if you're interested in it, you have the option to purchase it.

I accept Zelle, Venmo, or good old-fashion checks. Upon booking, I'll send you the Owner Loan/Resort Confirmation. You'll be able to verify the reservation through the Royal Resorts app or by calling the Royal Sands Front Desk. Upon verification, full payment is due. I don't ask for payment in advance.
