Sand and Surf Condominium   1912

We are a small (28 units), family oriented time share condominium resort. At Sand and Surf staff and owners work together to create an atmosphere of fun, friendliness and safety for everyone. Our owners, both original and new, enjoy coming each year, looking forward to seeing old friends and make new ones. We are not fancy, but we are clean, comfortable and caring. Home away from home, where you and your family can enjoy Daytona's wonderful beach, the great seafood restaurants and many family oriented activities near-by.



We have (8) Sleep 4-efficiency units that are pool-side and two (2) sleep 4 units that face north. The pool-side units overlook the ocean and have small balconies for great sunrises and early morning coffee. The sleep 6 units (1 bedroom/1 or 2 bath units) are much roomier and provide space for families to enjoy being together.
