The resort features 13 tennis courts, seven swimming pools, seven hot tubs, an 18-hole miniature golf course, six recreation centers, two snack bars, two full-service restaurants, and a general store--all on 135 acres dotted with fountains and lakes. Enjoy basketball, volleyball, a children's playground, and activities.

This unit is Every Other Year (EOY), on the Even Year, so it can be used immediately. The maintenance fee has been paid for 2026, so you are good to go! Available weeks include Feb 3 – Sept 2; Oct 15 – Nov 25; and Dec 14 – Dec 30…almost 40 weeks out of the year.
