Smuggler's Cove Beach Resort is located on Anna Maria Island, which lies between the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. The area is known for its white-sand beaches and azure waters of the Gulf. Resort amenities include a heated pool, Jacuzzi, horseshoes, bicycles, fishing dock, and equipment. The surrounding area is a popular cultural center with fine art museums, shopping, and fine dining, along with 17 area golf courses. Less than three hours away, you will find Walt Disney World(R) and other Orlando-area attractions.



Smuggler’s Cove offers studio and one-bedroom units. Each studio unit is equipped with queen bed. Our one-bedroom units have a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa on the living room. Both unit types have full size fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, and ample cookware and small appliances. If there’s anything special you need, just ask, and we’ll get it for you. Each accommodation has a large TV accompanied by a DVD player and stereo CD players. Just behind the resort, you’ll discover our tropical gardens and large dock on the bay with lounge chairs and tables and chairs for your use as well as picnic areas with BBQ Grills. At the front of the property, you’ll find a large heated pool and spa


During your stay with us you don't need to worry about beach chairs, beach Umbrellas,or beach towels. We provide them, along with wireless internet service, bicycles, games and a book exchange for you. All free of charge. Make sure to attend one or all of our weekly activities, whether it be one of our welcome breakfasts, Hot dog roast, chicken roast, shell hunting and crafting, learning about our island sea turtles, taking a tour of the island or sipping Florida Dreamsicles and playing trivia games by the pool with LouAnn, our activities director is always ready to help make your vacation truly memorable.
