Hello fellow owners, I am looking to acquire a deeded week at Vacation Villas in Titusville, Florida (3795 Vacation Villas Lane) for personal use. If you are a current owner looking to exit your contract and permanently relieve yourself of the annual maintenance fee burden, I am highly interested in taking over your deed.
My Criteria: Purchase Price: $0 (Free giveaway/takeover).
Unit Size: Open to any configuration (1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom, etc.).
Week Type: Open to discussing both Fixed weeks or Floating structures, depending on what you own.
Account Status: The account must be completely clear of any past-due maintenance fees, late charges, or pending special assessments. I will require a clean estoppel letter from the resort management before closing.
I am willing to pay the closing/transfer fees to make this completely free for you.
