It is located in the western part of the state on Highway 64 just 4 miles east of Cashiers and nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Week 42 is the most desirable week of the year for this location due to the beautiful color with the changing of the leaves. It is always gorgeous, and the temperatures are ideal.

The unit is a 2BR/2BA townhouse completely equipped including microwave, coffee maker, washer & dryer, cable tv, internet access plus balconies off the great room and master BR facing the lake and a large stone fireplace. I'm looking for a one time swap to see someplace different. I'm interested in a beach on the east coast. A little bit out of season would be fine but not when the weather is really cold. Dunes South is a no frills resort with no amenities. It has a residential feel. The unit is 1/2 of a small duplex. It is an ocean front unit with obstructed views. The sand dunes are a little high but you can see a little of the ocean. It is pet friendly for an extra cleaning fee. The weather is usually warm this time of year but it is not crowded yet. It is a quiet beach vacation. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Week 23 at a beautiful one bedroom one bath sleeps 4 . Close to all the wonderful amenities of Gatlinburg and National Park. Great place and great family vacation time. Full kitchen, two pools, access and national park.
