This is the ideal location in Kona! It's a family friendly facility with a salt water pool, barbeque & gazebo area, ping pong table & cornhole.
The complex is across the road from the ocean with free parking, free wifi, cable, land line and a free bus that stops on the road out front to take you anywhere in town.
Units are simply furnished & comfortably furnished to include a King Size Bed, as well as a queen hideabed and a full galley kitchen.
If you want to check in for a week the price is $1250. Four consecutive weeks in one unit would be $4000.
Linens and rooms are cleaned weekly; extra towels are provided mid week. Some lanais face the garden, others the pool and some have an ocean view. It is dependent, on which of my months or week you select.
This complex is unique in that a month long check in always begins on the 15th of the month with a check out the next month the morning of the 13th. One week rentals begin on the 15th, the 22nd, the 29th, and then 7 days later (dependent on how many days are in the month:)

This one-bedroom oceanfront suite has fantastic views of the ocean and harbor. It has a completely separate living room with two balconies, a large couch, chair, and big screen TV. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The living room has a good-sized desk and office chair, perfect for getting any work done. The separate bedroom has a large king-size bed, modern furniture, a large TV, and a beautiful bathroom. with a separate toilet room.

Originally an upscale boutique hotel, the property is now managed by Hilton Grand Vacations and is a lovely resort with a central location. Located near the Ilikai and Hilton Hawaiian Village and close to Ala Moana Center!

Kona Reef is an oceanfront resort and is highly rated at 8.4 on Bookings.com & 8.6 on Expedia because if it’s beautiful setting on the ocean. It is just a short walk to the historic fishing village of Kailua-Kona where you can explore wonderful shops, sidewalk cafes, restaurants and art galleries.

The resort provides guests with air-conditioned, 860 square foot suites with plenty of room to stretch out. It is quiet and relaxing and offers spectacular views from the balcony, and the ambience of the ocean is present while swimming in the pool that is perfect for family fun, with four barbecue grills and a party pavilion nearby.

The rooms are air conditioned and include a safe, free WiFi, flat screen TV and a washer and dryer. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with private bath, and the living area includes a pull out sofa to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and all associated cook and dinnerware.

The resort does not offer shuttle service but Uber and Lyft are standard on the island. It’s about $35 to get from Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole to the resort on the west side of the island. Hilo International Airport (ITO) is on the east side but further away.

Since I am a timeshare owner with this resort, you will get a better room than most and most likely an Ocean View which is what I usually get. I have requested an Ocean View but cannot guarantee it.

Please note the front desk is only open from 9am - 5pm. If you arrive after 5pm there is a late check-in processes that the resort can provide.

Payment and Cancellation: I will require a deposit of $200 up front with the balance due no later than March 1, 2025. The rental is 100% refundable (less the deposit) if you cancel before March 4, 2025. If you cancel after March 4, 2025 I will only refund 50%, and there will be no refund if you cancel on or after March 22, 2025.

All taxes and fees are included, however, there are resort fees that are collected at the resort when you check in or check out that I cannot pay in advance. I will refund to you via, Paypal, Venmo or Zelle, the amount you pay if you send me a copy of the receipt.

I’d prefer payment by either PayPal or Venmo, but can also accept Visa and MasterCard, however, these will require a 3% surcharge which is what I have to pay for processing.

We are looking for a Fall exchange from our 1 Bedroom Kona Coast Unit to a similar unit on Oahu. Our unit is available from mid-September to mid-December and we would like to be on Oahu around mid-November.
