Saturday, October 28-November 4, 2023 (Week 43) This rental is suite G 251A . It is a one bedroom unit sleeping 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 Murphy beds in the separate living room. It is the full "A" side suite, NOT the smaller lock-off and has a full kitchen, dining room, and living room, and large outdoor veranda with a private hot tub, table and chairs. Master bedroom has TV is hidden away in a beautiful armoire with ample drawers for your belongings. A desk area with chair in the master bedroom as well. A spacious bath area with separte dressing area with double sinks apart from the spacious walk-in shower. There is plenty of closet space and a safe for your important documents and jewelry. Two built-in twin Murphy beds are hidden in the living room wall. Entertainment unit in the living room along with a TV, stereo, DVD and CD player; and a full kitchen with modern appliances is stocked with utensils, pots and pans, linens and small appliances. Convenience of kitchen soap, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and coffee packs are stocked in the kitchen. Decorative ceiling fans throughout keep you cool along with central air conditioning so that you are always comfortable. Resort even has dehumidifiers available on request if you prefer your caribbean air dryer. Cribs on request. Monday-Saturday maid service provided. Room service is available.

The resort is located in a calm bay area, beach front, with plenty of private, free use beach palapas and chairs providing shade and comfort. Beach dining and food and drink service is provided. OVC "First Club" 2BR/2B unit membership in high season (Season 1) for sale. The unit may be booked for one week

The Royal Haciendas beautiful villa can be yours for a week to enjoy with your freinds or family. The 2nd floor villa near the main lobby sleeps 6, 4 privately with large bathrooms. Many activites during the day, tennis, pool games, bingo, casino night, dance lessons, casino night and a beautiful golf course very close by. All Inclusive is required for non owners and approx. $100 per day per person. A private soaling tub on every patio to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. The view is pool, ocean and luscious grounds. For young children there is a great mini pool area. There are 2 large pools with poolside cafes. Amazing place to escape the cold weather.

School schedule means we can't use our week in Playa. We have absolutely loved going to the Royal Haciendas, and it lives up to all the expectations one would have of the Royal Resorts. It is steps from the elevator, health club and restaurants. The unit is is gorgeous with granite counter tops and beautiful walk in showers. A wonderful way to spend Spring Break! The Royal Haciendas is the latest of the Royal Resorts. It is a 30 min. ride from the Cancun airport and located on a beautiful beachfront. This is a penthouse villa on the beach and in a perfect location. The villa sleeps 6 and is a lock off which allows you to use one side and rent or trade the other . The living area has two pull down murphy beds that are very comfortable . The master suite has a king size bed and a walk in shower and there is even a Jacuzzi on your balcony where the view is spectacular. The lock off has 2 queen size beds .You have a full kitchen in your unit but there are 4 casual restaurants to choose from right there at the resort and as a owner you can go all-inclusive with a nice discount. There is a nice market and free wi-fi available as well as computers. Maid service Mon. through Sat. is included in your maintenance. The staff is very professional and go out of there way to be helpful. There is a golf course for the golfers and a wonderful spa and gym available. This is a great place to relax and unwind. I am a owner not in sales and are forced to sell because of health . We have been a owner since the resort opened and have enjoyed our time there. This unit is available for 2024. the week 22. Every approx four years it moves a week off .
