This is a gorgeous oceanfront boutique resort that has less then 100 rooms. Is within a short stroll for the main street of Playa Del Carmen. The resort is very quiet and unique. One pool, large hot tub, pool bar and restaurant, beach club furniture. Lobby restaurant for breakfast, dinner. The ocean views from the rooms are incredible.

No all-inclusive required as you are renting from an owner. Get owners discount on food and beverage.

Fantastic ground floor unit with nice patio / yard and ocean view. Just steps down to the main pool, bar, grill, and beach in Phase 2 of Royal Haciendas. The unit, F141, is in the first building from the beach and a great location to have the best ocean and resort views, with easy access to all the activities.

Week 1 starts with the first Saturday of January and we've loved visiting this time of year for many years now. While the resort offers an all-inclusive option, owners are not required to purchase it. This gives you ultimate flexibility for how you prefer to stay each year.

This is a full 2-bedroom villa that can be locked off into a 1-bedroom Master Suite w/ full kitchen and 1-Bedroom Junior Suite with it's own mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishes. This allows you to stay in part of the unit, and rent part of the unit if you prefer.

This unit is being offered at significant discount from resort prices and the current points program. We have been very happy owners with Royal Resorts for many years and are only selling part of our ownership because we have acquired more than we need.

School schedule means we can't use our week in Playa. We have absolutely loved going to the Royal Haciendas, and it lives up to all the expectations one would have of the Royal Resorts. The resort is beautiful, the staff is great, and the location is nice and relaxing. Close to downtown PDC and ferry to Cozumel. Villa B207.

We love staying in this unit because of the views of the impeccable resort landscaping.

While the resort offers an all-inclusive option, owners are not required to purchase it, which gives you ultimate flexibility for how you prefer to stay each year.

This unit is being offered at significant discount from resort prices and the current points program. We have been very happy owners with Royal Resorts for many years and are only selling part of our ownership because we have acquired more than we need.
