No Orlando, please. We've been there many times. This Raintree Club Regina Timeshare is also for sale on the Tug website. We would like to ultimately have a quality Florida Timeshare.

I have owned my timeshare at Chateau Orleans for 39 years and have used it almost every year, trading or renting it out on a few occasions. It is not luxurious but it is comfortable. Major renovations were completed in the last few years and most of the rooms have new furniture. There is a very nice pool and patio area and the same management company has done a great job of managing the property all those years. The big plus is convenience, since you can walk to anywhere in the French Quarter from this location. You can walk to Riverwalk Mall at the foot of Canal Street, the aquarium, the French market, gambling casinos, etc. as well as numerous restaurants. You are two blocks from Canal St. (and street cars), two blocks from Bourbon St. and three blocks from Royal St. where all the antique stores and galleries are. It is a short ride to the New Orleans Museum of Art, the zoo and to the D- Day Museum. Convenient deck parking is one block away. I am open to any interesting exchange beyond those I have listed and have had no problems in the past arranging for larger units within the resort at any time that you require. If your unit for exchange is pet friendly, that's a plus. I'm open to any interesting exchange.

These accommodations are located on TOP of a mountain overlooking Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. These buildings have an elevator and are next to an infinity pool, mini-golf course, and zipline and were built in 2020 or remodeled in 2019, depending on the building, due to a forest fire.

Prime week at BRMR available for exchange. Resort is not fancy but it is the only timeshare in Banff National Park. Officially sleeps 6 but comfortably 4-5. Both bathrooms have showers but only 1 tub. Units are on second floor so must be able to climb stairs and the unit itself is on 2 levels. Units are tiny but adequate for exploring the area. They have kitchens and barbecues are available in common areas. From here you can visit Banff, Lake Louise, Yoho National Park, Icefields parkway and Kananaskis country. If you love natural surroundings and hiking this area is stunning. A quick search will show how much this area is loved, particularly in the summer. Also your US dollar is very strong against the Canadian dollar now, so as I say Canada is on sale.

This year my timeshare calendar is pretty much booked up except early fall so mainly looking for a trade for 2026. I would be interested in Mexico or Europe mainly or potentially the Caribbean.

Great location for attending San Diego Comic Con, 0.6 miles from the Convention Center. Looking for Hawaii in January 2025, Key West , or open to other options.

Club Destin is a family vacation destination located on the North side of Hwy 98 just minutes from Destin's famous beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Our property is centrally located near many local attractions including the 30-foot tall white sand dunes of Henderson Beach State Park.
