All fees are paid for 2025 but no point are available until Jan 1 2026 but you could barrow from 2026 to use in 2025,

We can pay by check after downpayment has been made if 30 days before check in. PayPal will have to be used for balance if less than 30 days to check in.

A Lockout is a 1 bedroom villa and a 2 bedroom villa joined together with a door in the middle to have privacy, or not. 2 families can easily share this huge villa. Both sides have private entry.

This points program is only transferable to a fixed week at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Hill Country Resort in Texas. But still worth it!

This is a great two bedroom unit that sleeps 6 at the great Holiday Inn Club South Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach South Carolina! I've come to this resort every year since 2007 and it only gets better! Fantastic Resort we enjoy staying at. This deed is worth a huge 255,000pts at HICV.
This specific deed is a 3 bedroom LO, recorded as week 29, peak season (platinum) BUT floats all weeks
The last time we stayed, we enjoyed the 2 bedroom Signature Villa. movies, board game, books, etc are complimetary from front desk.
We purchased this deed from HICV in March, 2017 with purchase price of $55,152 and used another deed as trade deposit.
Today, the marketing value if purchased at HICV is over $75,000.
We have used the points to make two reservations with 2 bedrooms at other HICV resorts.
We are now 80 years young, travel alot less so want to help another family enjoy the experiences.
