Maintenance fees: $156/monthly

150000 annual points issued each January 1. Maintenance fee 148.23 per month paid thru 12/31/25 Buyer pays all closing costs and title fees. (Approx $400.) Points allow to book vacation from two days - two week intervals.. As RCI member you can deposit these points for resorts around the world.

Existing 2025 balance of 40,500 points and prepaid 2026 points of 110,000 available.

We are no longer able to use our points and are looking to no longer have to pay the annual maintenance fees.

Beautiful location on the coast of Maine in the town of Ogunquit. The 105,000 points that we have is roughly equivalent to 3 weeks. We mostly used the points for exchanges. We are originally from Maine and have moved to Washington state. We are getting older and can no longer use the timeshare.

I am listing my InnSeasons Vacation Club membership for sale since I am no longer able to take advantage of the program. Our base is Pollard Brook located in Lincoln NH in the middle of ski country. We have used the points for exchange to visit Coastal Maine as well as visit other resorts through exchange programs from RCI.
I am looking for a quick sell, with the purchaser paying and fees needed to complete the approval and purchase.

Pollard Brook sits in the beautiful White Mtns of NH where you can enjoy skiing, hiking, shopping and nearby attractions. The resort offers a host of family friendly amenities which can be viewed on their website. InnSeason Vacation Club membership is points based and allows you to use your points to make reservations at any of the properties offered in the Club, or with the exchange partner RCI. The use of points gave us more flexibility in choosing vacation time. Our family has enjoyed many memorable and fun vacations, both week long stays and short get aways, with this timeshare. Beautiful units, indoor pool for year round enjoyment. Very nicely maintained, across from beach access. Close to all restaurants, downtown, main Ogunquit beach. Very popular, highly desired location for use. Easy access from turnpike, close to Wells Beach, and not far from Kennebunkport, hiking trails also.

I have 225000 points at InnSeason resorts looking to get rid off. The only thing I am asking g is you pay the transfer fees of $400 to $600 and you will be responsible for 2026 fees.

Due to health reasons, we are looking to sell our timeshare. It currently has the 65,000 yearly points plus the 65,000 points rolled over from last year. Maintenance fees are on a monthly payment of $100/month and are paid for 2025.

Hi, selling for $1 a one bedroom at Pollard Brook in Lincoln New Hampshire. It is unit 117 in Liberty Building. Quiet, easy walk to the pool. Pool and hot tub newly renovated. Use of it on even years, last week of July. Good time of the year, many things to do.
