Gold oceanside week for sale at Marriott Grande Ocean, the most popular Marriott beachfront resort on Hilton Head Island. Gold season runs April through the first week in June (weeks 13-23) or Sept-Oct (weeks 35-43) every year. Sea Pines passes are included with the week for each stay. Maintenance fee and use to begin in 2027. I currently have the week of May 15-22. 2027 reserved which could be changed to any other available gold season week. My reservation will transfer to you at closing. Asking $7000. Closing costs to be paid by buyer. I am a long time TUG member.
