I'm VERY interested in an EOY Ownership at MGO.
If you are an EOY Owner, let me know if you are taking offers.
If you are a current MGO Annual Owner interested in reducing -- not selling or eliminating your ownership, I'm interested in developing a joint-ownership contract. We'd need to go through the steps to amend the current deed, which would involve working with a closing company. I'm not sure how this would be viewed by Marriott Vacation Club International, but I am willing to give it a try.
