We have the flex program where you can book any one day at a time or a whole week, or break the 7 alloted nights up anyway you desire, but you can only book one Saturday night each year. It is great for going to Broadway plays, booking one night at a time.

The penthouse suite is 600-748 sq. ft. with daily maid service, turn down service, and is accessed by private key elevator It has a King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, wireless internet, desktop computer with printer, 2 large full size marble bathrooms, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, dining table, dishes & flatware: they also supply paper towels, detergent for the sink and dishwasher, and coffee and popcorn. There are 2 flat-screen TVs, Bose sound system, robes, and a large private lounge that serves a continental breakfast, afternoon cookies, & evening cocktails. The King bedroom is separated from the Living Room by a large sliding door; the living room has the sleep sofa, TV. a coffee table, arm chair and a dining table with 4 chairs.
You have a computer and a printer in this suite for your personal use; something I have never had in any other timeshare room. There are two large terraces on each side of the building with chairs and tables for the private use by penthouse suite users. Sleeping a 5th person would require the rental of a cot.
