9000 Worldmark points (every year) for sale. These were my late mother's and I'm hoping to dispose of them. The firm price is $500, which I will collect at the beginning of the transfer process. This is to ensure that the buyer also has some "skin in the game" and will complete the transfer process. I will pay the transfer fee ($400 I think) to Worldmark and will keep the quarterly dues paid current until the transfer is complete, so the $500 is all you will pay.

Worldmark's program is pretty great from what I know of it, it's flexible and they have a lot of properties. In my experience, the properties range from "decent" at the low end, to extremely nice at the high end. They are all clean and comfortable and well-maintained. I have stayed at several of them over the years and have never been disappointed.

My sister and I already own other timeshares and so we just don't have the ability to keep and use the Worldmark points, which is why we want to sell them.

Right now, the account has 18,000 points available for use. I don't know if all of those transfer to the buyer but I assume they do. The account has 2 housekeeping services and 1 guest certificate available. Current dues are $297.27 per quarter (4x per year) for a total of $1189.08 annually.

I would start the transfer process with Worldmark immediately upon receiving the payment and your information. From what I have read, the entire transfer process usually takes 3-4 months.

This is a deeded ownership for the Whale Pointe residence club (fractional). Owners get a one week stay every 13 weeks, rotating with the other unit owners. The deed is for rotation "C". As an owner, you can count on being in the same unit for every stay. This one is #305 (third floor) in Building G, Phase 1. Check-in day is Saturday. This is a corner unit, so ocean view is wrap-around, and master BR has windows and a slider onto ocean front balcony. And the views are spectacular!

Most 2BR units at Whale Pointe offer ocean view only from the living/dining room - master bedroom has no windows. Nice, but not like #305.

This is a floating week ownership outside of Wyndham and Worldmark, but managed by Wyndham. Nice resort, well situated on the St Charles streetcar. I have thoroughly enjoyed this for years. Bookings are not allowed Mardi Gras and other major events, but most of the year is available for use. My preference has been to enjoy the city when it is not loud and crowded. One can split the week and go 3 days and then 4 days. Check in is Fri or Sun unless one books a split week. One bedroom: Accommodations are King bed, Queen sofa bed, kitchenette. This is free. Buyer pays escrow/transfer fees. I am pushing age 80 and slowing down on travel.
