This is a points based timeshare giving you the ability to book any time of the year for any length of time. This is two different contracts being sold as one (7,500 and 2,500). My wife and I have owned these points for over 11 years and have traveled to almost every location we want to and are now looking to release it to someone else who can enjoy it.

These have a home base of Ka'anapali but also give early booking access to Point Poiu in Kawaii, Polo Towers in Las Vegas and The Cancun Resort in Las Vegas. We regularly used this timeshare to get discounted stays all over the southwest USA by awaiting the discount emails and booking weekends in Vegas for 2 bedrooms for less than 1,000 points. Used right you can create significant amounts of trips with these 10,000 points yearly.

The resort is located on Ka'anapali beach, north of fire-ravaged Lahaina. We were there Christmas 2023, and the resort area is totally undamaged, but Lahaina was sad. However it is slowly recovering.
The unit is over 800 s.f. in area with full kitchen, balcony and washer and dryer in-suite. Sleeps 4.
Asking $2800 which includes sales taxes and fees and parking for one vehicle, but not the Hawaii transient occupancy tax which is paid directly to the resort.
