A fantastic studio villa with mountain view at the well- known Sheraton Steamboat, a ski in and ski in and ski out resort within a short walking distance to the Christie Peak Express and gondola. This small community is in a very beautiful and upscale residential area of Frisco, very close to the quaint town.

Half bath on the main level, and also a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living and dining room, plus a gas fireplace. Second floor has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has twin beds and is very large.

The kitchen is very well equipped. It even has a crockpot and popcorn popper, and all of the pots, pans and dishes you will possibly need.

There is a single-car garage with a remote you use during your stay. There is a big sign on the door to remind you to leave the door opener when you leave.

I do send a door code for your arrival, which changes for each guest.

This is a timeshare of six units. Much older, and certainly clean and a bargain.

Most weeks are sold out but 2-8 to 2-15 is already reserved and can check other weeks for cancellations or changes. extra nights can usually be rented direct from marriott at around 700 a night as walk to gondola ski resorts are very expensive unless you find a great deal like this.

Myself i just walk to gondola as it is only around 1200 feet a 5 min walk.

The great thing about staying here is all of the great stores and restaurants of Avon are walking distance and that they are about half the price of the beaver creek village.

Each unit has its own hot tub on the deck. There are steps required to get to the second floor and loft.

This small community is in a very beautiful and upscale residential area of Frisco, very close to the quaint town.

Half bath on the main level, and also a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living and dining room, plus a gas fireplace. Second floor has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has twin beds and is very large.

The kitchen is very well equipped. It even has a crockpot and popcorn popper, and all of the pots, pans and dishes you will possibly need.

There is a single-car garage with a remote you use during your stay. There is a big sign on the door to remind you to leave the door opener when you leave.

I do send a door code for your arrival, which changes for each guest.

This is a timeshare of six units. Much older, and certainly clean and a bargain.
