This is was formerly a Diamond Resorts contract (Aka The Club) but was updated last year into a “HGV Max” and now can use all 19k annual points at all Hilton resorts worldwide.

Why sell? The Hilton resorts are amazing and 19k is enough to stay wherever and whenever but we simply don’t have the time to travel and therefore these points are not being utilized. Last year we sent extended family on 11 trips around the US (mostly offseason and week days).

The contracts are paid in full - free and clear. There are two. One for 15k original points and the other for the 4k additional points required at the time of upgrade. You also receive an additional 7,500 points in the years 2025 and 2027 for a total of 26,500. Maintenance fees are $4k annually. 2024 dues have been paid and nothing is owed.
